She practiced as a Registered Associate in The Bahamas from October 1997 until she was called to the Bahamian Bar in 2006. During the course of her career in The Bahamas she has worked with the two largest law firms in The Bahamas and acted as junior counsel to a Queen’s Counsel and another eminent litigator who was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2009. Her litigation practice over the past 12 years has involved insolvency, commercial property disputes, shareholder disputes, banking, trusts, Mareva orders, asset recovery including tracing claims, contracts and personal injury. She also has several years of practice in Conveyancing. Her clients have included international entertainers/celebrities, a Fortune Global 500 company, multinational banks, international corporations, local insurance companies, local banks and local entrepreneurs. She has co-written articles which have been published by the ADR Section of the American Bar Association and Lex Mundi.
